Terms of Service

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Renovio application (hereinafter "the App"), published by Przemysław Kuzia (hereinafter "the Publisher"). By using the App, the user accepts the following terms.

1. App Description

The App is used to estimate the quantity of renovation materials (paint, tiles, wallpaper, panels, concrete, plaster, primer) based on dimensions provided by the user. The App is available on devices running iOS 17 or later.

2. Nature of Calculations

⚠️ The calculation results generated by the App are for estimation and reference purposes only. They do not constitute a professional cost estimate, construction project, or specialist advice. The Publisher is not responsible for any differences between calculation results and actual material consumption, which may result from:

surface characteristics (unevenness, substrate absorbency),
differences in material efficiency depending on manufacturer and batch,
individual material application conditions (temperature, humidity, technique),
errors in input data provided by the user,
rounding and simplifications used in calculation algorithms.

Before purchasing materials, the user should verify the results with a professional or the material manufacturer's specifications. The App is a supporting tool, not a substitute for professional expertise.

3. Free Version and Renovio Pro

The App offers a free version with a limited set of features and a paid PRO version. Details:

Free version (FREE) - 3 calculators (Paint, Primer, Concrete), save up to 3 calculations, no projects, no PDF export, no shopping list.
Renovio Pro version - one-time purchase unlocking all 7 calculators, unlimited calculation saves, projects, PDF export, shopping list, and future Renovio Pro feature updates.

4. Purchases and Payments

Purchase of the Renovio Pro version is processed through the Apple App Store as a one-time transaction (no subscription). Payment is processed exclusively by Apple Inc. in accordance with App Store terms.

Refunds are subject to Apple's policies - to request a refund, the user should contact Apple directly through reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including source code, graphic design, icons, texts, and calculation algorithms, belong to the Publisher. The user may not copy, modify, decompile, reproduce the source code, or distribute the App or any part of it without the Publisher's written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". The Publisher strives to ensure the App works correctly, however does not guarantee:

error-free operation of the App,
accuracy of calculation results (see section 2),
uninterrupted availability of the App,
compatibility with future iOS versions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

7. User Data

Detailed information about data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service

The Publisher reserves the right to change these Terms of Service. Users will be informed of significant changes through an update of the date at the beginning of this document. Continued use of the App after changes to the Terms of Service means acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law. All disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Publisher's registered office.
