Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Renovio application (hereinafter "the App"), published by Przemysław Kuzia (hereinafter "the Publisher"), processes information related to users.

The Publisher respects user privacy and strives to collect as little data as possible, and to process the data that is collected in a secure and transparent manner.

1. Locally Stored Data

All data created by the user in the App - calculations, projects, settings, notes - is stored exclusively on the user's device (using SwiftData technology). The Publisher has no access to this data and does not transmit it to any servers.

The App does not require creating an account, logging in, or providing any personal data (name, email address, phone number, etc.).

2. Analytics and Diagnostics

The App uses services provided by Google LLC:

• Firebase Analytics - to analyze how the App is used (e.g., which calculators are most frequently used, how often PDFs are generated),
• Firebase Crashlytics - to collect anonymous reports about crashes and technical errors.

Data collected by Firebase may include:

• anonymous installation identifier (Instance ID),
• device model, operating system version,
• general location (country/region based on IP address - without precise geolocation),
• usage events (e.g., opening a calculator, saving a calculation),
• crash traces (stack traces) in case of errors.

This data is anonymous and does not allow identification of a specific person. More information: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time purchase of the Renovio Pro version, processed through Apple StoreKit. The Publisher does not process or store any payment data - the entire transaction takes place on Apple's side in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Personal Data

The App does not collect personal data. It does not require registration, login, or providing any information identifying the user.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

The Publisher does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third parties processing data are:

• Google LLC - Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (anonymous data),
• Apple Inc. - processing in-app purchases.

6. Data Security

User data is stored locally on the device and protected by iOS security mechanisms (encryption, app sandbox). The Publisher has no ability to remotely access user data.

7. User Rights

The user has full control over their local data - they can view, edit, and delete it directly in the App. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all local data.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age and does not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Publisher reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Users will be informed of significant changes through an update of the date at the beginning of this document.
